Setting Up

1)Unfold the vacuum folding handle by moving it upward until you hear a click from the folding handle button.

2)Fit the end of the main body onto the neck of the motorized powerhead and click it into place.

3)Insert the hand vacuum into the slot on the bottom of the main body, then press the handle into the locked slot until it clicks.

4)Ensure the cordless vacuum is turned OFF before charging.

5)Insert the charging adapter into the charging port on the hand vacuum and plug it into a wall outlet.

6)For first-time use, charge the vacuum cleaner for at least 5 hours to optimize battery longevity.

Maintenance

1)Ensure the vacuum cleaner is turned off before performing any maintenance to reduce the risk of electric shock.

2)Remove the hand vacuum and press the dust cup release buttons to separate and empty the dust cup into a trash bin.

3)Remove the filter and filter basket for cleaning; hand-wash them in lukewarm water when necessary.

4)Allow the filter and filter basket to air dry for at least 24 hours before reinstalling them into the unit.

5)Regularly check and remove any debris, such as strings or hair, wrapped around the brushroll to maintain cleaning effectiveness.

6)To clear blockages in the motorized nozzle, press the nozzle release buttons, detach the nozzle, and carefully remove any debris.

Why will the vacuum not power on?

This can be caused by:

1)Battery may be depleted. Charge the battery as instructed.

2)Wrong charger being used. Be sure to use only the charger supplied with your product.

3)The hand vacuum is not installed properly. Remove the hand vacuum and reattach it, ensuring that it is securely in place.

4)The charging plug is not fully inserted into the outlet. Be sure the charging plug is fully inserted into the outlet.

Why is the motorized brushroll not turning?

This can be caused by:

1)The brushroll is jammed. Remove obstruction. Follow instructions.

2)The brushroll needs to be reset. Turn the unit off and remove the obstruction, then turn it back on.

3)The brushroll is not installed properly. Remove the brushroll and reinstall it following the instructions.

Why is the suction power weak or the vacuum not picking up?

This can be caused by:

1)The dust cup is full. Empty dust cup.

2)Filter needs cleaning or replacement. Follow filter cleaning instructions or purchase a new filter.

3)Battery may be depleted. Charge the battery as instructed.

4)The dust cup is not installed well. Check the dust cup for correct installation and ensure it is snapped firmly in place.

5)There are blockages in the motorized nozzle. Remove any debris or blockage from the inside of the motorized nozzle.

Why is dust escaping from the vacuum?

This can be caused by:

1)The filter is missing or installed incorrectly. Check the filter for correct installation.

2)The filter is damaged and needs to be replaced.

3)Dust cup installed incorrectly. Position the dust cup correctly and snap it firmly into place

Why does the vacuum turn off on its own?

This can be caused by the battery being depleted. Charge the battery as instructed
