Setting Up

1)Check Power & Remove Head: Verify that the power cord is disconnected from the outlet and remove the power head.

2)Empty Tank: Remove all contents from inside the collection tank and verify that all parts are present.

3)Install Casters: Turn the collection tank upside down and insert the four casters into the sockets on the bottom of the base. Press the casters down until they snap into place.

4)Install Handle: Install the carry handle into the slots on the top of the power head and secure it with the provided screws.

5)Attach Hose Storage Racks: Squeeze the open sides of the hose storage rack inward and insert it into the channel on the front side of the power head. Ensure the hooks wrap around the vertical posts to hold the rack securely in place (no screws required).

6)Dry Vacuuming Setup: For dry vacuuming, slide the cartridge filter over the filter cage and turn the filter retainer clockwise to lock it.

7)Wet Vacuuming Setup: For wet vacuuming, remove the cartridge filter and install the foam wet filter over the filter cage.

8)Final Assembly: Place the power head back on the collection tank, align it with the latches, and snap it into place. Insert the locking end of the hose into the vacuum port on the tank and turn clockwise to lock.

Maintenance

1) Always unplug the vacuum before maintenance; empty and rinse the collection tank after each use.

2) Clean the cartridge filter by gently tapping or brushing off dirt; replace it regularly for peak performance.

3) Wash the foam wet filter with a mild soap and water solution, rinse, and allow it to air dry before use.

4) Ensure all filters are completely dry before reinstalling to protect the motor and maintain suction.

5) Keep all air vents and the motor housing free of debris by cleaning them with a soft, dry brush.

6) Check the hose and attachments for any blockages to ensure consistent airflow.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why will the vacuum not working?

This can be caused by:

1) No power supply. Check the power supply: cord, breakers, fuses.

2) Faulty power cord. Unplug and check the power cord. If damaged, have it repaired by a professional.

3) The collection tank is full. Empty the collection tank.

4) Switch in the wrong position. Press the ON (I) button on the power head.

Why is dust coming from the motor cover?

This can be caused by:

1) The cartridge filter is missing or damaged. Attach or replace the cartridge filter.

2) The vacuum was used to pick up fine dust, such as drywall dust, chimney soot, or ash, without a fine dust filter equipped. Remove the standard cartridge filter and install the proper fine dust cartridge filter.

Why is there reduced efficiency and motor/speed vibration?

This can be caused by:

1) There is a blockage in the nozzle or hose, or the collection tank inlet. Unplug and check the nozzle, hose, and collection tank inlets for blockage.

2) The cartridge filter is clogged by fine dust. Remove the filter and clean it, or install a new cartridge filter.
