Assembling the Upper Handle
1)Align the upper handle and lower handle and secure with the bolts and locking knobs.
2)Rotate the locking knobs clockwise to tighten.
3)Use the cable clips to fix the control cable to the handle assembly.
Assembling the Lower Handle
1)Align the holes on the lower handle with those on the deck and secure them using the provided bolts and washers.
2)Insert the lower handle into the holes on the mower deck.
Assembling & Installing the Grass Collection Bag
1)Assemble Bag: Insert the support rods into the grass collection bag and secure them in the fixing positions on the base.
2)Install on Mower: Lift the rear safety flap and hook the rods of the grass collection bag onto the hooks on the mower housing.
Adjusting the Cutting Height
1)Select Height: Pull the adjustment lever toward the wheel and move it to the desired slot.
2)Range: Choose from 9 positions between 1.1 inches (29 mm) and 2.5 inches (63 mm).
Your LawnMaster 18" Reel Mower LMRM1801 blades need to be regularly checked, cleaned, and adjusted to preserve the cutting performance of your mower and encourage healthy grass growth. If the blades become damaged or bent, they should be professionally serviced or replaced. It is quick and easy to do. Always ensure the mower is handled with care and wear heavy gloves before performing any maintenance on the cutting edges.

We do not recommend using the mower in wet conditions.
The blades may not be set to an appropriate cutting height or they may be dull. Follow instructions in the operator's manual to set height or sharpen blades.
If the lawn height exceeds 4 inches, adjust the blade height to the highest position before mowing. After mowing, readjust the blade to your preferred cutting height and mow the lawn a second time within the next one or two days.
