Setting Up
The LawnMaster 48V 17" Cordless Brushless Mower is designed for straightforward assembly to get you started quickly.
Assembling the Lower Handle
1）Insert the left and right lower handles into the designated slots on the mower housing.
2）Secure the handles using the lower handle locking knobs, ensuring they are tightened and set to your preferred height.
Assembling the Upper Handle
1）Align the upper handle with the lower handles and fix them using the bolts and locking knobs.
2）Turn the locking knobs clockwise until tight.
3）Secure the control cable to the handle frame using the supplied cable clips to prevent damage during operation or folding.
Assembling & Installing the Collection Bag
1）Check & Fit: Check the grass collection bag before assembling to make sure there is no damage, then pull the bag over the metal frame.
2）Secure Sleeves: Pry open the soft plastic clamping sleeves and insert the metal frame into the sleeves, ensuring all sleeves are properly clamped on the frame.
3）Lift Flap: Lift the rear safety flap of the mower and hold it in position.
4）Align & Attach: Lift the grass collection bag by its handle and align the rods of the bag with the notches under the rear safety flap.
5）Final Seating: Release the safety flap and make sure both rods are firmly seated on the notches and the flap rests firmly against the top of the bag.
Inserting the Battery Packs
1）Lift the battery compartment cover on the mower deck.
2）This mower requires two 24V batteries to operate. Align the grooves of each battery pack with the raised ribs in the compartment and slide them in.
3）Push firmly until you hear a “click,” then close the cover.
* Note: The safety key must be installed in the slot for the mower to operate.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance of your LawnMaster mower ensures optimal performance and a healthy lawn. Always remove the safety key and both battery packs before performing any maintenance.
Cleaning the Mower
1）After each use, clean the underside of the deck to remove grass clippings, dirt, and debris that can cause rust and affect cutting performance.
2）Use a dry cloth to wipe the exterior; do not use water or a pressure washer, as this can damage the brushless motor and electrical components.
Blade Care
1）Inspection: Regularly check the blade for signs of wear, cracks, or damage. A dull blade will overload the brushless motor and result in an uneven cut.
2）Sharpening: For best results, sharpening the blade twice during the mowing season is usually sufficient. Ensure the blade remains balanced by checking it on a screwdriver or nail after sharpening.
3）Replacement: If the blade is bent or damaged, replace it immediately with an identical replacement part.
Battery & Charger Maintenance
1）Fully charge both batteries before putting them into storage.
2）Keep the charger clean and free of debris; always unplug it from the outlet when not in use.
3）Store the batteries and charger in a cool, dry place, away from excessive heat or direct sunlight.

Does this come with a battery?
Yes, two (2) 24V MAX* 4.0Ah batteries are included.
Can I cut wet grass with this mower?
No, wet grass will stick to the underside of the deck and prevent proper mulching of grass clippings.
How should I prepare my lawn for mowing?
Make sure the lawn is clear of stones, sticks, wires, and other objects that could damage the lawn mower blades or motor. Such objects could be accidentally thrown by the mower in any direction and cause serious personal injury to the operator and others.
Do I have to use the grass collection bag?
The grass collection bag is optional. Please refer to the operator's manual for removal instructions.
How do I adjust the cutting height?
To raise the cutting height, grasp the cutting height adjustment lever and move it toward the back of the mower. To lower the cutting height, grasp the cutting height adjustment lever and move it toward the front of the mower.
